What’s your #MeToo Story? Want to share?

According to CNN, “One fifth of Americans know someone who said #MeToo,” 11/9/17. “You don’t have to be a  young and beautiful film star to be harassed and humiliated.” Do you have a story to share?

In the US,
– one in four women are victims of domestic violence
– three US Women are murdered by their partners every day
– 1.3 million women reported being raped or sexually assaulted in 2009 (which means many many more happened)
– 15 million children are exposed to domestic violence
All according to the National Task Force to End Sexual and Domestic Violence.

Please join us for this very special #TuesdaysWithTillis. We need to let Senator Tillis and Senator Burr know that violence against women is not acceptable and we expect them to work to fix it. Further, we need to let Senator Tillis in particular know that in general the culture and agenda of Trump hurts women and we will resist it in massive numbers.
