Please join Fayetteville NOW for the 2024 Fayetteville Honors Award Celebration. Fayetteville NOW announced the 2024 Recipient of the Fayetteville Honors Award after their March meeting. Nominations were accepted following the February Fayetteville NOW Membership Meeting and members voted at the March Membership Meeting. Members selected Fayetteville Assistant Police Chief Kellie Berg.

Kellie Berg was promoted to Assistant Police Chief in August 2023. Assistant Chief Berg has selflessly served the City of Fayetteville for 19 years and continues to be a leader by example. According to a post from the Fayetteville Police Department on Instagram, “Assistant Chief Berg surrounded herself with women, both sworn and non-sworn to show the value and importance of woman in Law Enforcement. “
